Andrew Villarreal joins the Hudson Havoc Premier coaching staff as an assistant coach, bringing more than five years of coaching experience and an extensive background in junior hockey.A native of Breezy Point, Minnesota, Andrew began playing hockey at three years old. He played three seasons of varsity hockey before graduating from Pequot Lakes High School and went on to compete at the junior hockey level for four years.Andrew began coaching at a young age and has worked with players ranging from mites through the U16 level.Most recently, he served as an assistant coach with the U16 Minnesota Ducks. His experience as both a player and coach allows him to connect with athletes, support their development, and help prepare them for the next level of their hockey careers.

Brett Decheine joins the Hudson Havoc Premier organization as General Manager, bringing more than two decades of coaching, leadership, and hockey operations experience.A native of Andover, Minnesota, Brett began playing hockey at four years old. He played five years of high school hockey and graduated from Mounds View High School in 2005.Brett has accumulated 21 years of coaching experience, working with players from the mite level through junior hockey. He previously served as the head coach and general manager of the Isanti Outlaws, where he gained valuable experience in player development, recruiting, roster construction, and day-to-day team operations. In addition to his coaching and management background, Brett spent 10 years as an ice hockey official, including five years officiating at the junior hockey level. His experience as a player, coach, executive, and official gives him a well-rounded understanding of the game and the ability to evaluate situations from multiple perspectives.Away from the rink, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife, their four children, and their two dogs. He is excited to help build a competitive culture in Hudson and provide Havoc players with the structure, guidance, and opportunities they need to advance in their hockey careers.

Nick Decheine joins the Hudson Havoc Premier organization as head coach, bringing eight years of coaching experience and a strong background in elite-level hockey.Nick played three seasons of varsity hockey at Andover High School and competed at the AAA level as a member of the 1997 Wisconsin Fire and Minnesota Blades programs. His experience in highly competitive environments helped shape his understanding of player development, preparation, and team culture.Over the past eight years, Nick has coached players ranging from the squirt level through junior hockey. He has spent three seasons as a head coach in the USPHL and currently serves as the head coach of the Minnesota Ducks U16 Elite team.Nick brings valuable junior hockey experience, a player-focused coaching approach, and a commitment to helping athletes develop both on and off the ice. He is excited to lead the Hudson Havoc Premier program, build a competitive team culture, and prepare players for advancement to higher levels of hockey.
